Online Return/ Exchange Policy and Instructions
Thank you for your patronage, xistyle.com gladly accepts the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased from xistyle.com with the original invoice for up to 30 days from the shipped date (only to online purchases) made through www.xistyle.com. Full- priced merchandise returns are refunded in the method of original payment, minus shipping and handling. Refunds are available only for online purchase, if returned by mail.

Exchanges Made Easy: Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status. Available in stock items will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice. A standard charge of $5.95 will be deducted for shipping and handling on all exchange items. We will bill your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

Items that may NOT be exchanged considered a Final Sale Item
Gift Cards and items marked Sale Items, these items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Standard Return Shipping
If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:
  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Please write a reason for a return on the original invoice or packing slip and include it in the return package. This will expedite a return procedure in a timely manner.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address ( unless your packing slip directs otherwise).

  • All return packages must be returned pre-paid: we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return or any insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Items purchased from xistyle's retail store cannot be returned by mail to our online store.
