STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) pending credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, Rural Routes addresses.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders placed with Priority Shipping (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) before 1:00 p.m. ET/ 10:00 a.m. PT will arrive in 2 to 3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Priority Shipping (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after 1:00 pm. ET/10:00 p.m. PT or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 to 5 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Priority shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Priority shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes addresses.

Perfumes and colognes may not be available for Priority Shipping

SHIPMENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

You may place an order to be sent to a different address other than the billing address.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

DELIVERY TIME

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
Express orders placed by 12 p.m. ET will ship the next business day

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING PACKAGE

You can check the current status of your order, go to My Account and click on Order Status when your order has been processed and shipped, we will send and include a tracking number or delivery confirmation number to your registered email. If you do not receive a confirmation number within a few days from your order date please contact us, at www.xistyle.com.

U.S. TERRITORIES

www.xistyle.com ships to the following territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping rates apply.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We do not ship or bill orders internationally.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

You can only ship to one address each time you check out. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you need to place each order separately.

You can use the "Save for Later" feature to help you separate the items in your order. Simply move the item(s) you wish to ship to a different address into your "Save for Later" area. After completing checkout for your first address, return to your shopping bag and purchase the items for your second address. Repeat as necessary for multiple addresses.

ADDRESS VALIDATION

To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any address you enter with the United States Postal
Service's data base of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause a delay in the shipment

Xi style Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and DEBIT CARDS.

BILLING PROCESS

All credit card orders will be charged once your order is shipped. Once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your bank). If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. Xi style reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed we will contact you by your registered email or telephone.
